Well, thanks to having plenty of time on my hands, I got in some good workouts this week! I went to two relaxing yoga classes and two awesome Zumba classes. I didn't get any running in thanks to my knee being out of whack, but I'm headed to the doc on Friday to get it all straightened out, so hopefully I'll get back on that track next week. And going up and down the stairs all day is a great work-out addition.
I did well on the food, though I still haven't gotten back into tracking. I had very little snacking, almost no desserts, and made some good food choices this week. It's nice not having super temptations around all the time!
